About the Role
As a PMO Intern, you will support the Project Management Office in coordinating projects, monitoring progress, and maintaining governance standards. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates who want hands-on experience in project management practices and exposure to cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and updating project plans, schedules, and dashboards.
- Support project tracking: collect status updates, prepare progress reports, and flag issues or delays.
- Help maintain PMO templates, process documentation, and knowledge repositories.
- Coordinate meeting logistics: scheduling, agenda preparation, and note-taking.
- Contribute to risk, issue, and change logs under guidance from project leads.
- Provide general administrative support for ongoing initiatives.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, IT, or related field.
- Interest in project management, process improvement, or business operations.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Good written and verbal communication in English (and Thai if applicable).
- Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides).
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
