At the alliance’s official launch during AWS Summit Bangkok 2025, our CTO, Mr. Staporn Kiewsuwansuk, shared that over 55% of Ascend Money team is in technology roles – most of them engineers. With tech talent demand rising sharply over the past three years, we recognize the urgent need for future-ready skills in an AI-driven world.
As part of the alliance, Ascend Money will collaborate with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and partners to contribute real-world skill insights, validate tech skill maps, and support applied learning through educational and career-building programs. We’re also working closely with universities and developer communities to help shape a workforce that is not only job-ready — but globally competitive.
