Business Product Owner (Management Trainee Program)

Key focused:

Pillar 1 – Customer, Core Experience & Monetization

  • Learn to understand user behavior, customer journeys, and product usage
  • Collect and summarize feedback, data insights, and research findings
  • Help translate product strategy into simple action items and tasks
  • Communicate feature updates or feedback status with internal teams

Pillar 2 – MarTech, Marketplace & Commerce

  • Collaborate with engineering, business, and marketing teams to support feature development and testing
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining 1st & 3rd party customer data and online/offline transaction data
  • Contribute to writing basic Product Requirement Documents (PRD) under guidance
  • Research market trends and competitors to support differentiation efforts

Pillar 3 – AI & Innovation

  • Participate in projects involving data innovation or AI-related enhancements
  • Support experiments or small initiatives that explore new technologies

Qualification :

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields with a business or analytical focus
  • 0–3 years of work experience, including internships or project-based experience
  • Commercial exposure such as involvement in revenue, sales, marketing, or business operations is an advantage
  • Technical exposure, including experience working with developers or using tools such as Jira, SQL, Tableau, or no-code platforms
  • Proficiency with analytical tools such as Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table), SQL, or Power BI; ability to present quantifiable results (e.g., numbers, metrics, performance improvements)
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in interpreting data using various analysis tools
  • Effective communication skills in both Thai and English for cross-functional collaboration
  • Understanding of AI-related use cases is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of AWS or Google Cloud data platforms is a plus
  • Knowledge of data modeling concepts is an advantage
