The candidate - We’re looking for Lead cryptocurrency engineering - blockchain or DLT (Distributed Ledger Technology) for our research and development activities for some important use cases to develop new products by exploring various open source or commercially available other blockchain products. You will also design and implement next-generation DLT platform software based on the knowledge and experience through exploration. You  will be responsible for managing 1 - 2 teams. Primary Responsibilities:

Be a hands-on manager, responsible for inspiring, managing and growing a world class engineering team, building a culture of trust and collaboration between engineers.
  • Lead the development of digital assets' custody solutions, cryptocurrency wallets, tokenization, tokenomy echo system  and libraries, key ceremonies, protocols and scripts, as well as integrations with different protocols.

  • Initiate and manage external engagements with vendors & suppliers to ensure they meet their project deliverables and at the level of quality expected.

Qualification:

  • 5+ years of hands-on software development experience.
  • 3+ years of experience of working with database (SQl, No SQL, Graph etc) systems, with expertise in cloud based data management applications and softwares
  • 3+ years of programming exp (Minimum 2)  in Java, Go, Python, Kotlin, Solidity, Haskell, or Scala
  • Experience working with High-Performance Distributed Ledger & Computing Systems in public and private cloud environments.
  • Understands how to work in Hybrid Cloud Environments & Cross Blockchain Frameworks
  • Experience Building Systems/Platforms/ Solutions for Larger Businesses
  • Strong computer system analysis and design skills in current methodologies and patterns for building scalable, performant, and robust blockchain Services.

Senior Incident Management (True Money) ( True Money )

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate restoration of high impact business services disrupted on a 24 x 7 x 365 basis, via coordinated incident bridges across the organization and with external partners. - Maintaining incident logs and processing incident reports and service availability report for review with upper management.
  • Follow up, tracking, fault incident/problem.
  • Lead on After Action Reviews and Root Cause Analysis for Incidents/high priority problems, cross-organizationally, and produce and communicate action plans - Provide timely, clear incident status communications to IT and business leadership, resolution team members and other stakeholders

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Solid analytical skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel. MySQL, PostgreSQL will be a plus

IT Risk Manager (True Money)

Key tasks include:
 

  • Measure process or control risk to inform business/product and program level risk assessment.
  • Recommendations to related team on opportunities for risk mitigation based on established risk tolerance.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on Info security of risk management framework.
  • Establish IT risk governance (based on Regulations), credibility and maintain strong working relationships with technical and non-technical teams involved with information security matters (Legal, Business, Product Fraud, Security, Networking, Systems, etc.)

Qualifications

THE ROLE

Reporting to the Head of Customer Fund Management, the FX Specialist and Business Liquidity Manager will have responsibility for all aspects of the day to day FX dealing and execution with local and international financial institutions including settlement and reconciliation processes. They will also be required to develop and maintain the best in class FX strategy, settlement initiative under corporate good governance and rigorous compliance control environment. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

•Execute FX deals with local and international financial institutions to achieve the best FX cost.

•Set FX commercial offer rate considering target FX revenue target, transaction volume target and competition in the market.

•Manage liquidity to ensure ideal liquidity level is maintained to meet international remittance obligation both onshore and offshore.

•Reconcile international remittance obligation against FX settlement using readily available automated system and reports.

•Calculate FX gain and Loss, revenue allocation among entities in the group.

•Prepare and present FX performance to the Management.

•Articulate and implement FX management & settlement initiatives to achieve the best FX gain and market competitiveness.

•Monitor and comply with local and international rules and regulations that govern international remittance business.

 KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

•Recognized degree in Finance, Business Administration, mathematics, economics with preferable previous experience in FX market, treasury, cash management with financial institution or corporate.

We’re looking for a Head of Compliance, Risk and Fraud with the mission to ensure the organization conducts the business processes in compliance with laws and regulations, professional standards, international standards, and accepted business practices. The role is expected to be capable of detecting fraud patterns and finding risk mitigating solutions. The role will perform audits at regular intervals and execute design control systems, advising the management on possible risks that might occur, and organization policies. This role will be reporting to the President and will manage a team of Compliance, Risk and Fraud.

 

Role & Responsibilities

 

●       Coordinate and work closely with business units and relevant regulators to ensure that the company fully comply with relevant rules and regulations

●       Analyze the internal and external fraud prevention products/tools and provide professional feedback as needed and solutions to best manage the risks.
